FAQ
You do not need to look for a photo — we take it for you. After payment a guided shoot opens right in your phone browser: the service walks you through the frames, checks head position, lighting and sharpness, and captures a shot only when the frame is good. Please shoot without glasses, masks or headwear.
Your portraits are usually ready within 30 minutes after the shoot. Timing may vary depending on system load.
If you do not like the finished portraits, write to info@mykadr.com within 7 days of receiving them and we will refund you in full — no reason needed. Changed your mind before the shoot — we refund the full amount too. If the set has fewer than 15 frames, the files do not open or there are other defects, we will redo the order free of charge, reduce the price or refund you, your choice; all your rights are set out in the Terms, section 08. Refunds are made within 10 days.

Facial images are deleted within 30 days after your order is completed; order data (email) is kept for 12 months. Your data is processed solely for portrait generation and is not used for commercial purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
When placing the order — one tick: confirming that you are 18 or older. After payment, right before the shoot — three more: that you are photographing yourself and hold the rights to the frames, consent to the processing of images of your face, and consent to the transfer of data to processors in the USA and Germany. We ask for them before the shoot and not earlier: until then no images of your face exist. If you do not agree, we refund in full. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@mykadr.com.
