Terms of Service (Public Offer)

myKADR creates professional AI portraits. You do not need to send any photos of your own: after payment, a guided shoot opens in your phone browser and the camera walks you through the frames. The service includes:

• —a guided shoot in the browser
• —training a model on your frames
• —generation of 15 portraits
• —delivery of a link to the result by email

The price of the service is 1,490 RUB. Payment is made by bank card via YooKassa before the shoot.

The shoot remains available for 30 days from payment. If you have not started the shoot within this period, you may withdraw from the contract and receive the full amount back; on request, we will extend access. After 30 days we will write to you and offer a refund — the refund is made with your consent.

We send a link to the finished portraits to the email address you provided no later than 24 hours after the shoot is completed. Usually within 30 minutes.

The service is deemed rendered when the link to the finished portraits has been delivered to the email address you provided. If the email has not arrived, write to info@mykadr.com and we will resend the link or deliver it another way; until then the service is not deemed rendered. The risk of an incorrectly entered email address lies with you.

The receipt required by Article 14 of Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27.11.2018 is sent to the email address you provided.

The portraits are created by a neural network: the result is probabilistic, frames in the set differ in composition, angle and facial expression, and the service does not promise an exact match with any particular photograph.

The quality of the result depends on the shooting conditions — lighting, sharpness, and the absence of glasses and headwear; the service shows tips before the shoot.

The frames taken in the service are yours: any exclusive right in them, if it arises, belongs to you, and your image is protected by Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. We do not use the frames for any purpose other than fulfilling your order, do not transfer them to third parties for their own needs, and do not publish your image without your separate consent.

By taking the frames, you permit us to process them for model training and portrait generation solely within your order; this permission is valid until the order is fulfilled or until consent is withdrawn; data retention periods are set out in section 12.

The generated portraits are delivered to you for personal and professional use: resumes, company profiles, professional networks and other business purposes.

Images of your face are personal data. We process them only to fulfil your order: to train the model and generate portraits.

We process your email address and order details to perform the contract with you. When placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

After payment, before the shoot, you tick three items: you confirm that you are photographing yourself and hold the rights to the frames; you consent to the processing of images of your face; you consent to the transfer of data to processors in the USA and Germany. If you do not tick all three, the shoot will not start and your money will be refunded in full.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@mykadr.com. After withdrawal we stop processing and delete the images and the trained model.

You may withdraw from the contract at any time before the service is rendered (section 03) — this right is granted by Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law. You do not need to give a reason.

Before the shoot, and during the shoot until model training has started, we refund the full amount, 1,490 RUB.

After model training has started, we refund the amount less 217 RUB, which is the actual cost of training.

After portrait generation has started, we additionally deduct the cost of frames already generated: 7.20 RUB per frame, no more than 108 RUB for the full set of fifteen.

We do not withhold the payment processing fee. Supporting documents for the costs are provided on request.

Refunds are made within 10 days of receiving your request, to the original payment method.

Satisfaction guarantee — in addition to your statutory rights: if you do not like the finished portraits, write to info@mykadr.com within 7 days of the link being delivered and we will refund the full amount paid with no deductions; you do not need to give a reason.

If the portraits do not match the order — the set contains fewer than 15 frames, the files do not open, a technical failure occurred, or the result has other defects — you may, at your choice, require us to: remedy the defects free of charge, redo the order, reduce the price proportionately, or reimburse your costs of remedying the defects yourself or through third parties. In addition, you may withdraw from the contract and claim full compensation for losses if the defects are material or have not been remedied within the agreed time, and in any case you may claim compensation for losses caused by the defects (Article 29(1) of the Russian Consumer Protection Law).

Timing: we redo the order within the same time as the original — no later than 24 hours after the new shoot is completed. We remedy defects within a reasonable time that you set. Monetary claims — proportionate price reduction, reimbursement of your remedy costs, refund of the amount paid — are satisfied within 10 days of your request (Articles 30 and 31 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law).

Your rights on withdrawal from the contract and on discovery of defects are established by Articles 29, 30, 31 and 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law and are not limited by this offer.
